We have over the years purchased hundreds of core power steering pumps, boxes and racks. If we haven't got it in stock we can rebuild your unit.

The finished units are tested on our Power Steering Pressure Bench.

This is by far our most important piece of machinery. The purpose of the testing is to not only replicate vehicle conditions but to exceed vehicle conditions and the manufacturer's test pressures. As an example most systems are set at 1100LBS @ 6LPM, our pressure test takes these limits to a pressure of 1500LBS (pounds per square inch) or more @ 14LPM (litres per minute).
