80 and 100 series Landcruiser steering boxes by far our most popular product. This is an exchange item.

New racks in stock to suit four wheel drive vehicles. Most popular being the Toyota Hilux KUN26 and GUN126.

All exchange units are remanufactured on site at our workshop in Garbutt.

The finished units are tested on our Power Steering Pressure Bench.

This is by far our most important piece of machinery. The purpose of the testing is to not only replicate vehicle conditions but to exceed vehicle conditions and the manufacturer's test pressures. As an example most systems are set at 1100LBS @ 6LPM, our pressure test takes these limits to a pressure of 1500LBS (pounds per square inch) or more @ 14LPM (litres per minute).
